Last month DJ Maphorisa allegedly assaulted his girlfriend Thuli Phongolo who laid charges against him. After this dramatic incident, DJ Maphorisa was kept in custody. He applied for a bail and he was successful.

However, before the prosecution unfolded Thuli Phongolo withdraw charges against Maphorisa. She went on to release a statement where she urged that everybody should mind their own business and that what happens behind closed doors is entirely their business.
