Key Responsibilities

• Calendar and Email Management: Efficiently handle leadership calendars and email inboxes, optimizing daily schedules and ensuring seamless communication.
• Team Support: Collaborate closely with team members to address agenda-related matters, aligning with objectives for smooth operations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and financial spreadsheets while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Correspondence Management: Draft and manage outgoing correspondence, ensuring all communications reflect BP’s professional standards.
• Meeting Coordination: Manage logistics for meetings, including venue bookings, issuing agendas, inviting attendees, and ensuring technology readiness.
• Project and Event Support: Assist with special events, project coordination, and team activities, ensuring their success from planning to execution.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate onboarding activities for new employees and manage offboarding tasks for team members leaving the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

• A general degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

• A minimum of 4–6 years in a similar role, ideally within an international business environment.
• Proven experience in:
