Musician, Paul Kganyago, better known as Paul K, has officially tied the knot with his high school sweetheart, Lindiwe Kganyago.

The couple exchanged vows on Saturday, 19 October, in Paul’s hometown of Soshanguve, Tshwane.

Paul K and Lindiwe’s love story started when they were young. Growing up, they somehow parted ways, but the two eventually came together, and now they’re living happily as husband and wife.

In an interview with Daily Sun, the 42-year-old said he’s happy and thankful to have stepped into a new chapter of life.

“It feels right and good to be a husband. As a Christian and a gospel artist, I have to lead by example. Having someone by your side as a wife is truly a blessing,” he shared.

Reflecting on their journey together, Paul K emphasised that their bond was formed long before they became adults.

“We’ve been together since we were young and in school. We separated for a while, but when we got back together as adults, everything was different.

“We were older, and I took it seriously from then on,” he said.

His words of advice to young couples, Paul K said respect and compromise were vital in keeping a relationship healthy.

“There’s no formula for marriage. It’s about two people and their feelings. The most important thing is to respect each other and be willing to compromise.”

Now that he’s settled into married life, Paul K’s geared up to focus on his music career.

“I wanted to get married first before diving back into music. I have new singles coming in February and some exciting projects on the way. Now, I can fully focus on the business of making music,” he said.
