In 2007, it was reported that Shauwn Mkhize and her ex Sbu Mpisane bought their first adjacent property at a whopping price of R2.5 million.

They converted the property into a showroom for their luxury car collection. According to reports, the showroom has over 60 sleek cars that include Rolls Royce, Masserati, Porsche Turbo, Aston Martin, and a Ferrari just to name a few.

In 2014, Shauwn and Sbu paid R2.9 million to purchase a 1611 metres squared plot of land adjacent to their house.

They demolished the existing structures and converted the property into a teenage entertainment pad for their only son- Andile Mpisane. Reports indicate that the tycoons spent over R2 million to construct the entertainment pad.

The exterior of Shauwn Mkhize’s house is painted in clean white colours. It has large glass windows and balconies and a few potted plants here and there.The giant compound is fully covered with outdoor tiles and several beautiful palm trees surround the house.

MaMkhize also owns apartments in Izinga Estate which houses Andile Mpisane’s ex-girlfriend and baby mama, Sithole Shozi, who lives with her children.
