Lehasa rushed into proposing because he wanted to make Nothile jealous

Lehasa rushed in to propose to Khwezi because he wanted to make Nothile jealous, only to find out that Nothile had already moved on with her life. Now he has no choice but to marry Khwezi. He nagged her to try and get along with her family for the sake of the Lobola negotiations and when she finally tried to get along with her family, Lehasa started pulling backwards.

Khwezi does not understand why Lehasa is avoiding talking about the issue of Lobola negotiations. She has a feeling that something is wrong but she does not know what. She is trying by all means to support him but he is pulling back.

If Khwezi decided to investigate, she would discover things that she was not supposed to know. She can see the red flags but she is ignoring them.
