Ludacris has a strong and clear effect on the concentration of Amapiano

There is no denying the impact that Amapiano have had within the Mzansi music scene, with the fast pace that The Scorpion Kings are ready to produce an album, it’s no wonder the Yano’s are dominating during the National lockdown.

So it is not surprising that international artists also are appreciating the musical genre, the famous African-American rapper, Ludacris who holds Gabonese citizenship and has been known to enjoy South African music.

A few months ago, Ludacris posted a story where he and his kids where jamming to Prince KayBee’s Gugulethu featuring Indlovukazi, Supta, and Afro Brotherz. the popularity definitely made Prince Kaybee’s day.

A few weeks ago Nasty C’s shared on his Instagram account, the famous African-American rapper and actor playing his much-loved song Black & White, featuring Ari Lennox. Nasty C even went as far as advising Ludacris to stream his full 20-track album.

In a recent Tweet, DJ Maphorisa thanks Ludacris for sharing his music and also goes on to tag Kabza De Small, Mas Musiq & Riky Rick, who also are featured on the piano hit “Mthande”. Ludacris is clearly enjoying the music while smoking on a cigar inside a jacuzzi.

Immediately afterward, Riky Rick retweets the video and suggests that they have to supply a video for the hit song. Much to the thrill of their fans, a number of which even suggested that Ludacris should get a verse on the track.

“If you’ll get him to drop a verse in one song u know he’d fuck it up too coz that man is hell versatile. Well done Madumane”, said one Tweep.

While other fans thought it had been time for Amapiano to travel internationally, especially because the musical genre would fit well with Hispanic people from Chicago, and Maphorisa is well established on the international music scene.

Another Tweep said, “Been waiting on y’all to bring amapiano here since January!!!!!!” under Maphorisa’s Tweet and also commented “Chicago needs that #amapiano sound. It really piques interest within the Hispanics I work with. Woza!!”

The local house music industry seems to be making a worldwide impact during this lockdown, with Master KG’s Jerusalema being recognized by different groups of individuals across the planet, Christiano Ronaldo and even Janet Jackson happening to tag Master KG twice on her Tweets.

Clearly The Scorpion Kings are missing out on making serious money overseas, given the comments section, and perhaps it is time to require Amapiano to the planet.

Which international artists would be an excellent collab with Amapiano?
