The award-winning performer is in the news when it was discovered that she allegedly neglected to pay a hairdresser in Johannesburg R2 700 for her services.

According to well-known Johannesburg designer Zoe Bhozza, Makhadzi also grabbed one of her clothes and made a commitment to pay R800, but that never happened.

Months have passed and the famous musician hasn’t paid her. Bhozza said to Sunday World that she met Makhadzi through her videographer, who accompanied her to a music video shoot.

“I charged them R5 000 for three outfit changes, and Zee then complained,” claimed Bhozza. Zee said that was too much, so I suggested R3 000. I then said it was alright, so make it R3 500. He objected until I reduced the cost to R2 700.

She made a reduction of R2 300 while charging R5000 for styling and still failed to pay the money. A lack of knowledge or failure to pay the stylist by Makhadzi?

She hasn’t received payment since April, and Makhadzi has been making false promises to her. She disclosed that nobody involved in the shoot had received cash despite being promised it after the Hollywoodbets Durban July weekend.
