Missing Rachel? Siya Kolisi leans on close friends
Springboks and Sharks star Siya Kolisi – whose family are living in Cape Town – has been leaning on his Durban group of pals amid his divorce.
While the rest of his family are hundreds of kilometres away in Cape Town, Springboks captain and Sharks star Siya Kolisi has been living alone in his home in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. He’s also been keeping himself busy by spending time with his close group of pals.
In October, the 34-year-old announced his shocking split from his wife, Rachel. Despite co-parenting, the estranged couple live in different homes and provinces.
SIYA KOLISI SPENDS TIME WITH HIS CLOSE FRIENDS
Being separated from his family has meant that Siya Kolisi has had to keep himself occupied during his days off from playing.
Since returning to the Sharks – and his home in Ballito – the Springboks captain has been out and about with various pals.
This includes having coffee and catch-ups with Bok bestie Eben Etzebeth, and enjoying a “boys’ night out” with fellow rugby players Andre Estherhuizen and Jessie Kriel.

In another post, he is seen spending time with former Racing 92 player Yannick Nyanga, who is seen eating breakfast in his home.

Over the weekend, Siya Kolisi also revealed that he had returned to his family church in Ballito, without Rachel.
Despite their separation, Siya still has the title “husband” in his Instagram bio.
BABYSITTING TOO!
Siya Kolisi has no doubt been leaning on the support of his Springbok bestie, Eben Etzebeth.
The highest-capped player posted a pic of Siya playing in the garden with his baby girl.
“Anyone needs a good babysitter? I’ve got one!” he joked in an Instagram Story.
