As the trial continues, it’s become more and more evident how consent isn’t understood by people. It emerged that Ntswaki had agreed to go to Toby’s room. They kissed, but after receiving missed calls and messages from her family asking where she was, she got scared and wanted to go home. However, Toby convinced her to stay, and they did the deed.

No one deserves to be raped. In fact, rapists need to be locked up for good. However, on the flip side, Ntswaki lied to Toby about being in varsity and about her age. He had no way of knowing that she was 15 and in high school. But Rape is rape at the end of the day. The court has a big decision to make, and it can go either way.

However, when confronted, Maria denied it with a straight face with the backing of Bra Isaac’s brother-in-law, Molefe, who’s also benefiting from the illegal business.

Bheka, a notorious mashonisa who’s been running the streets of Thembisa, found out what they were doing and is now demanding that they make him R40 000 in two weeks.

Mampho and Onalerona, aka Ona, are working on their relationship. They’ve been sworn enemies since Mampho started dating Ona’s ex-boyfriend, Soka. The issue didn’t come from Ona but from Mampho, who was insecure and jealous of the friendship the two still have. They need to make it work for the sake of Mampho’s daughter Busi, who also happens to be Ona’s brother’s child.
