Yesterday Oscar Mbo joined the trending topics after @DeejayArchieSA called him out for a “no show.” He revealed that he had booked Oscar to perform at one of his events in December. He said he had agreed with Oscar’s management and paid a booking fee for him to play at his gig on 28 December 2021 but Oscar did not show up.

On a now-deleted tweet, he also revealed that Oscar’s management sent him a text on the day that he was supposed to perform telling him that they experienced a lot of inconveniences and would not be able to make it. The management promised @DeejayArchieSA a two-hour set on another day but they never honoured the promise.

Another Tweep also revealed that Oscar pulled a “no show” after he was fully paid 20K back in October. @i_amkabzar said they also want a refund.

“Oscar Mbo is failing to pay a refund of R20k for an event he was booked for in October 2021. He started acting strange after he was paid the full amount. Yoland his manager started not returning calls or responding to WhatsApp texts right after they got paid the full amount,” he tweeted also asking other Twitter users to help them expose Oscar and his team “for being scammers and pay the money they owe to people”
