It’s been a difficult week for singer Rethabile Khumalo who recently lost her loved one. The Umlilo hit-maker is mourning the passing of Thabani Dubazana.

She shared the sad news of Thabani’s passing earlier this week on Instagram with three different posts, Rethabile posted Thabani’s pictures saying: “I can’t breathe, I can’t believe this, please wake me up from this horrible dream. WHY..RIP Dubazana ill always love you, will always have a special place in my heart…I will always love you Tony RIP.”

Her followers took over the comment section sending her condolences messages.

Updating her fans, today she posted that she will be saying her last goodbyes as Thabani will be late to rest today.

IN Other News, Twitter users are calling for justice for Lindani Myeni. The 29-year old was allegedly shot and killed by the police officers in Hawaii this Wednesday 14, April 2021.

According to the statement posted on Lindani’s Facebook page, He had gone out for a drive to clear his mind after a family day, the incident took place when he was on his way back home.

TV producer and radio broadcaster Khanyi Magubane urged the south African government to demand answers, she tweeted: “The South African Government needs to demand answers from the US Government. The bodycam footage from the police is not convincing. Lindani was walking in the street when he was pointed out as a robber. 3 cops, one man. He was not a threat to them. #JusticeForLindaniMyeni”

Businessman and media personality Sbusiso DJ SBU Leope sent his condolences to the family and friends of Lindani Myeni.
“Just learned of the unfortunate sad news of our brother Linda Myenis passing in the hands of the Honolulu police. I’m deeply saddened. I’d like to send my deepest condolences to friends, family, colleagues & loved ones. May his soul rest in peace,” tweeted DJ Sbu.

“This is Lindani Myeni the South African man from KZN who was killed by police officers in Hawaii on Wednesday. 3 armed police officers killed an innocent, unarmed, 29-year-old black man…

“The Police only identified themselves to Lindani Myeni after shooting him. It could anybody asking him to get on the ground while pointing a torchlight in his face. He had a right to defend himself. How do you shoot someone & afterward shout “Police”. #JusticeForLindaniMyeni.”
