‘It’s completely untrue’: Retired rugby player Ruan Smith denies speaking to the media about Elton Jantjies’ lifestyle.

Talented rugby player Ruan Smith has released a statement after media reports that Elton Jantjies stayed with him.

RUAN SMITH: ‘THE STATEMENT IS UNTRUE’

The retired rugby player, Ruan Smith told The South African on Wednesday, 23 October that he’s never spoken to the media about Elton Jantjies’ lifestyle.

“I never spoke to any publishing media about my personal life or Elton Jantjies’ personal life. The previous statement made is completely untrue and it doesn’t come from me.”

“Janties and I have known each other for years and no media has contacted me about our relationship.”

This comes after Zimoja reported on Monday, 21 October that Elton Jantjies is homeless and stayed with Smith.

Jantjies also took to social media on Wednesday to rubbish media reports that he’s homeless.
