Is she related to the controversial star actor in real life? Thahane is the daughter of Trevor Thansanqa Tutu and Nomaswazi Mamakoko. She is the granddaughter of the late South African anti-apartheid and human rights activist, Anglican cleric and theologian Desmond Tutu.
Reports have it that she also has one biological sister, Molemo, who was born on 8 January 2004.
