Johannesburg High Court has decided for 947’s DJ Fresh and requested Ntsiki Mazwai to bring down her posts ‘spoiling’ DJ Fresh’s name.

The court trusts Ntsiki needed more proof to back her case and was requested to expel her posts which blamed Fresh for being an attacker.

Mazwai is likewise banished from offering additional expressions about DJ Fresh with respect to the issue.

The post read, “I’m on Facebook and there is a string uncovering big-name attackers… I’m posting all. I’m beginning with the charge against DJ Fresh, in light of the fact that well-known men misuse their capacity.”

Judge Brian Spilg of the high court requested Ntsiki to abstain from offering any increasingly critical expressions as she would ransack Fresh from his privileges to poise, opportunity and security, and protection.

The lobbyist had lighted a slanting hashtag via web-based networking media #SueUsAll, which are ladies standing firm and proposing if legitimate move is made against Ntsiki Mazwai than sue all ladies that have blamed men for assault until they are demonstrated blameworthy.
