The Wife Season 3 is back with big surprises
SHOWMAX’s favorite show, The Wife, will be joined by new cast members, returning with a new season on November 10.
When the show ended, there were many rumors that the actors would leave.
The producers have confirmed that only Bonko Khoza (Mqhele) has been replaced as his place will be taken by Wiseman Mncube.
Mbalenhle Mavimbela (Hlomu), Linda Majola (Langa), Mondli Makhoba (Nkosana), Khanyi Mbau (Zandile), and Zikhona Sodlaka (Mandisa) are returning.
The places played by Sipho Ndlovu (Sambulo), Thulane Shange (Mqoqi), and Swehilhe Luthuli (Ntsika) are said to be enlarged.
“Abdul Khoza has not been replaced in the third season of The Wife. We don’t want to talk about it at home, so people have to wait and see what happens in The Wife when it returns,” said producer Kamogelo Aphane.
The new actors joining include Lungelo Mpangase (Xoli), Stoan Seate (Sefako), Mo Setumo (Tshidi), Thabang Lefoa (Tsietsi), and others.
The third season will focus on the love between Naledi (Gaisang K Noge) and Qhawe (Kwenzo Ngcobo).
It will not only be talked about what is happening in the taxi industry in Johannesburg but it will also spread to the North West.
Kwenzo said this season tells the story of two people fighting for love.
“What Qhawe and Naledi have is good. People will see this couple facing many obstacles. There are many people who love each other but there are many things that make it difficult for them to fall in love and I believe that this story will affect them. This is a good thing,” said Kwenzo.
Sefako will be Qhawe’s opponent in Naledi.
Gaisang said that although there are obstacles, Naledi and Qhawe continue to love each other until the end.
“I hope this season will make people happy and make them happy to love,” said Gaisang.
The last season ended with Qhawe asking Naledi for marriage, and Naledi was kidnapped. Even the newspaper was running on the fact that the brothers from KwaZulu are the ones who hijack cars for money.
