Tshepi Ranamane, DJ Sumbody’s business partner, addressed mourners who had gathered to witness the burial of DJ Sumbody. In his speech, he refuted theories that there was a conspiracy surrounding DJ Sumbody’s death. He claimed that the Amapiano manufacturer was not a member of a criminal organization but was simply skilled at his trade.
