Kaizer Chiefs fans slammed their team’s pre-match rituals after the club shared the video on 25 February.

Kaizer Chiefs remains one of the most successful clubs in the country, alongside Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns. With such a big name, Kaizer Chiefs had not performed well in recent years.

They have failed to match the quality of their rivals and have been unable to win major trophies like they did before. Several times, they have sacked coaches trying to give life to the life but have failed.

After all these years of failure, Kaizer Chiefs fans backed their team even in defeats. Indeed, some fans have become tired of their team and are expressing frustration. One fan by @Lwazi Ndovela responded to the team’s pre-match rituals, calling it nonsense.

“Nonsense all cows”

Sharing on their Instagram, Kaizer Chiefs showed what their players did getting ready for the game against In the tunnel, the Kaizer Chiefs players sang and danced, showing their strength.

Unfortunately, some fans would not accept such, especially after a defeat to what they saw as an easy opponent in Milford FC. Chiefs lost 4-5 to Milford FC in the penalty shootout after a nil-all draw, and their fans are frustrated.

After Kaizer Chiefs shared a video of their pre-match rituals, some fans slammed them, saying they should form a choir.

@Sechaba Montshitsi “Rather become a choir leave soccer.”

@TSIETSI “This club is starting to disgust me and starting to hate football ⚽😢😢😢😢😢😢😢”

@Siyabonga Nkosi “😂😂😂😂 All this drama for a loss, @kcfcofficial Chiefs, is making people laugh at us. We are a joke now 😢”

@Sierraman “Such a disgrace Hugo Broos was right about you.”

@Shaun Nyalungu “Ahh, this boys only know how to sing🚮🚮”

@Mzondi Wamadixa “Guys, where is the problem with you? 😭💔. You played with us, and you are getting drunk. We don’t know happiness….”
