Diddy drama: Black Coffee blocks fan who questioned their friendship.
Black Coffee has remained mum on his ‘big bro’ Diddy’s headlines, reportedly also blocking a fan who wanted to know more…
All eyes have been on Black Coffee amid the latest news of his friend and music collaborator Sean Combs, also known as Diddy.
However, the South African DJ – who revealed he once performed at the media mogul’s VIP party – has remained silent on the Hollywood scandal.
On Monday, 25 March, authorities raided two of Diddy’s properties as part of an undisclosed investigation.
In recent months, the media mogul has been hit with multiple lawsuits of sexual misconduct, including one filed by ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
BLACK COFFEE MUM ON DIDDY ALLEGATIONS
Diddy has been hogging the headlines with a federal probe relating to allegations of sex trafficking, domestic violence and racketeering, reports Rolling Stone.
Diddy was not at his Miami or Los Angeles home during the time of the raids. His location remains unknown to the public.
Meanwhile, the rapper’s longtime friend Black Coffee – real name Nkosinathi Maphumulo – has been performing abroad in Colombia and the US, as shown in pictures posted on his X account.
The gigs mark the DJ’s return to performing after an aircraft accident in January, which left him needing emergency back surgery.
“Feels good to be back,” Black Coffee captioned one post.
Thank you Bogota🇨🇴
It’s Miami tonight 🇺🇸

On the X platform, Black Coffee has been trending relating to news on Diddy. However, the South African has yet to address the reports.
According to one tweep, @mizar, he was blocked for asking the DJ about the allegations.

PERFORMING AT VIP HOUSE PARTY
Black Coffee and Diddy’s friendship has been a long-documented one on social media.
In 2017, the DJ performed at the rapper’s party at his Miami home.
They’ve also posted pics and clips of themselves together in studio and hanging out. The South African has also dedicated several birthday posts to his music industry pal.

Speaking to Kaya FM earlier this year, Coffee spoke about landing an invite to hang out with Diddy and perform at his party.
He said: “I was so shocked… Puff was so happy. There was a long list of DJs, pre-arranged, and there was a line-up. [And] he [Diddy] took the mic and was like ‘Black Coffee is going to play right now,’”.
Black Coffee also revealed that he was collaborating with Diddy, whom he affectionately called his “big bro”, on a much-awaited release.
He told Phat Joe, a then East Coast Radio presenter: “I assumed he wanted me for a dance album, but that’s not the case. He’s working on his last hip-hop album. I finally sat down with him and he was explaining to me the vision, like the sound he was trying to get.
“So I’m not contributing to house music, I’m contributing to hip-hop music”.
