DJ Zinhle’s mom shares birthday with AKA
DJ Zinhle revealed that her mom shares a birthday with the father of her child, slain rapper AKA, who celebrated a heavenly 36th birthday.
South African DJ Ntombezinhle Mohosana, popularly known as DJ Zinhle, revealed that her mom shares a birthday with the father of her child – slain rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, popularly known as AKA.

Yesterday – Sunday 28 January marked slain rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, popularly known as AKA’s 36th birthday. AKA was shot dead outside of Wish Restaurant on Florida Road in Durban on 10 February. He left behind his parents Lynn and Tony Forbes, girlfriend – Nadia Nakai and his daughter Kairo Forbes.
AKA welcomed Kairo with DJ Zinhle in 2015. DJ Zinhle revealed that AKA shared a birthday with her mom, via an Instagram post. Take a look…

Zinhle also revealed how difficult AKA’s death has been for her as a mother.
“Kairo had a tough week leading up to Kiernan’s birthday, as a mother, I want her to heal & celebrate her dad but it’s too soon. The past year has been a roller coaster, my God!!! Everyday I hold my breath hoping she’s okay… I feel helpless cause I can’t help my child deal with the pain,” she captioned the post.
