Ashleigh Ogle – the woman who accused ex-Springbok Elton Jantjies of domestic abuse – will fight Inno Morolong in a celebrity boxing match.
Ashleigh Ogle – the woman who accused ex-Springbok Elton Jantjies of domestic abuse – is dedicating her celebrity boxing match against Inno Morolong to “all the women that couldn’t fight for themselves.”
The reality TV star and entertainer – who is also a gender-based violence (GBV) activist – will face off against the influencer in the ring later this month.
The pay-per-view fight has been hailed as South Africa’s first female celebrity boxing event.
Ashleigh split from Elton last year in what she claims was a “roller-coaster” romance.
ASHLEIGH OGLE VS INNO MOROLONG CELEB BOXING MATCH
On Wednesday, 2 April, Tumelo Ramaphosa – the last-born son of President Cyril Ramaphosa – announced that his company, Studex Meats, would be sponsoring two celebrity boxing matches.
The matches will be taking place on 21 April during the Nelson Mandela Boxing Cup.
The event, in partnership with the International Boxing Association, will take place at the International Convention Centre in Durban.
Tumelo revealed that the main event will feature businessman and boxer Phumlani Njilo, who beat muso Big Zulu in a match late last year. Ramaphosa’s son has since challenged rapper Cassper Nyovest to fight Njilo in the headline act.
Meanwhile, Ashleigh Ogle will go up against Inno Morolong in the female match.
Inno is known for being a club hostess and for her involvement in several club and social media scuffles.
Speaking of her motivation, which likely includes her tumultuous relationship with Elton Jantjies, Ashleigh said in a video clip: “The reason I am doing this is to empower women. As you know, I’ve gone through a lot of stuff.
She added: “This is my way of showing women that you can stand your ground and accomplish a lot of things.”

In an Instagram Reel, Ashleigh shared a look at her training session. She shared: “Fighting for all the women that couldn’t fight for themselves”.
TELL-ALL AGAINST ELTON JANTJIES
In a tell-all late last year, Ashleigh Ogle made several shocking allegations about her ex, Elton Jantjies.
They include allegations of domestic abuse, substance abuse, and even claims he stalked her.
The TV personality – who dated Elton for just three months – told The South African that she had taken a protection order out against her rugby player ex.
Weeks prior, Ashleigh issued a statement of her split from Elton, claiming she was “living in fear.” She also hinted at him being “dangerously obsessed.”
Elton, however, has shunned all media queries into his personal life, including responding to doping allegations.
Ashleigh has also had a run-in with another ex-boyfriend, rapper Mthunzi ‘Shogun’ Ngani, who is the son of music composer Lebo M.
In 2022, the mother-of-one made headlines over a viral video of her now-ex trying to forcefully gain entry into her house.
According to Kaya FM, Ashleigh claims she sustained bruises during the altercation from being “banged against the walls.”
ZiMoja reports that Shogun was recently found guilty of assault charges relating to the incident. He will reportedly pay a fine.
