‘May your soul continue to rest in eternal peace’: Costa Titch’s family celebrated him on his first ‘heavenly birthday’.
Family members of the late South African rapper Costa Titch – real name Constantinos Tsobanoglou announced his birthday via Instagram on Friday, 26 January and had his friends and fans wishing him the best of wishes.
COSTA TITCH CELEBRATED ON HIS FIRST ‘HEAVENLY BIRTHDAY’
On 12 March 2023, Costa Titch’s family released a statement sadly announcing the rapper’s death. The late star died on 11 March 2023 after suddenly collapsing on stage while performing at the Ultra Music Festival in Johannesburg.
“Death has tragically knocked at our door. Robbing us of our son, brother, and grandson, Constantinos Tsobanoglou (28), who South Africa came to love and idolize under his stage name “Costa Titch”. It is with deep pain that we find ourselves having to acknowledge his passing at this time,” the statement read.
“The Tsobanoglou family thanks you for the love and support you have given to our son and may you continue to uplift him even in spirit,” the statement continued.
The rapper’s family announced his birthday via Instagram on Friday. The day marked Costa Titch’s first “heavenly birthday.
“Happy Heavenly Birthday to our SUPERSTAR 💚🫂, ICON, BROTHER , LEGEND , LOVED ONE 💚🫂 🎂 🎈 Today we celebrating you 🎈🎈, We would also like to thank each and everyone of you who has genuinely loved Costa 💚. The love from shows and more, we appreciate it all 💚💚💚,” the rapper’s family wrote on Instagram.
The Big Flexa hitmaker’s friends and fans on social media have since rushed to the comment section and sent Costa Titch happy birthday messages.
