Police have launched a manhunt for the suspects responsible for a hijacking incident that led to the death of a 5-year-old in Soshanguve Block UU, Pretoria.Crime Watch South Africa sadly reported the news on X.

According to reports, a man and his 5-year-old were driving along Soshanguve Block UU when armed suspects suddenly approached them and held them at gunpoint. The suspects then forced them out of the vehicle, shot the 5-year-old son, and fled with the vehicle in an unknown direction.
Paramedics declared both victims dead at the scene after summoning police and emergency medical services, and they opened a case of hijacking and double murder.
