‘GENERATIONS’ JASON AND SENZO: NEW RULES
The actors Thami Mngqolo and Xolisa Xaluva, who portrayed love interests, Senzo and Jason will reunite in Mzansi Magic’s Code 13.
Xaluva, who currently stars in Smoke and Mirrors as Caesar will play a no-nonsense Jozi detective Bheki Ndlovu in the drama series.
An insider revealed to Zimoja that Dandala has replaced Xaluva who will start shooting for season two of the e.tv telenovela.
Former Generations and Isono star Thami Mngqolo will portray the role of Dr Pitso in the Mzansi Magic Sunday night drama.
The former Generations stars will be joined by The River‘s Lunathi Mampofu, who will play Bheki’s love interest, Bongi Nkosi.
The upcoming series will also star Aluve Mjali, who will play a highly skilled hacker, Marcus “Mamba” Moagi.
Other actors include Primo Baloyi as Veli ‘Veja’ Mohalanyane, Zikhona Bali as Azania and Saint Seseli as Patrick.

BACKGROUND OF ‘CODE 13’
Mzansi Magic reports that Code 13 is set in the gritty heart of Joburg, which follows the story of Bheki Ndlovu, a no-nonsense Jozi detective.
The publication adds that his personal life plays a significant role as his love interest is also his colleague.
He’s got a knack for connecting the dots, solving complex cases, together with a hard-edged police unit. Bheki is tasked with recapturing six of the city’s most dangerous criminals who escaped while in custody from a police van.
The big question is can Bheki trust his team of over-qualified and egotistical law enforcers to recapture this group of dangerous escapees?
The driving themes for the upcoming Mzansi Magic new drama series, Code 13 is crime, corruption, and betrayal.
The upcoming Mzansi Magic’s new drama series will premiere on Sunday, 14 April at 20:00 on channel 161.
