The drama started when a TikTok user with the handle @Nobangela shared a video promoting a product, and at the end of the video, insulted Zaca.

Gogo Skhotheni then weighed in on the drama during a podcast episode, and Matthew Lani joined her.

In a video shared by popular blogger Musa Khawula, Lani said Dominic’s behaviour is toxic.

LANI SAYS DOMINIC’S BEHAVIOUR IS OUT OF LINE

He stated that it’s unacceptable for someone to lose their job simply because they have a negative opinion of others.

“If someone makes a homophobic comment about you, why not call out that person on the app, put their picture in the background, go off at them, and do what they did to you?

“But the extent of reporting people to their workplaces and making them lose their jobs—that’s not it. I feel like you guys, as his followers, have enabled him by celebrating and rejoicing. Now, we’re only realising that his behaviour is literally out of line and toxic,” he said.

GOGO SKHOTHENI SHARES HER TWO CENTS ABOUT DOMINIC

Gogo Skhotheni shared her opinion about Dominic, stating that if you are in the public eye, you should be prepared to face negativity.

She disagreed with Dominic’s actions of having people dismissed from their jobs due to their homophobic views.

“What I don’t like about Dominic, and I hope he doesn’t take offence when he sees this, is that he tends to label people. When you’re in the public eye, you have to accept negativity, people’s comments, and bullying.”

She stated that while she does not condone bullying, she questions whether she should confront every online bully and seek to have them fired just because someone insults her by calling her gay.
