Kamogelo Molatlhoe is a South African actress who has gained recognition for her portrayal of Kea on the popular e.tv drama series Rhythm City. After a whopping 14 years of captivating drama and an exhilarating finale in 2021, e.tv has officially announced the end of Rhythm City.

The actress is also a writer and editor with a large social media following. She shares photos and videos of her lifestyle, fashion style, job, and general life events with her fans and followers.Her date of birth is February 25, 1995. Kamogelo Molatlhoe celebrates her birthday annually on February 25th, and she is 26 years old.

She studied at the University of Witwatersrand (Wits). Kamogelo earned a Bachelor of Dramatic Art from a higher education school in 2017. As an actress, she has appeared in several theatre productions, like “Poetry Overload vs. Sketching,” which had a run at the Market Theatre in Johannesburg. In 2015, she made her first appearance on television in a “Living Positive” segment of the SABC1 youth programme Bona Retsang.

Later, Kamogelo got an acting role in The Stick Up, an Mzansi Magic movie. The movie was first aired on June 18, 2016 on Mzansi Magic and starred Andile Mbatha. Later, she was cast in the first season of the SABC1 drama series Ingozi, playing the role of Tshepang, an energetic girl who has the will to do anything in life.

She played the role of Keamogetswe on Rhythm City; she made her first appearance as Reneilwe’s younger sister on the e.tv soap opera on February 27, 2019. She was cast as Cebile in Lithapo, a SABC2 telenovela, the same year. This is her first leading role on television, and the show premiered on January 13, 2020. She has skills in sound technology, which she learned at university, in addition to her acting job.

At the Grahamstown Arts Festival, Kamo works as a house sound technician. She also aspires to establish a production firm because she is business-minded and has expertise in her area.“I always prefer to play roles that are different to who I am. My acting debut was when I played the character Gugu on “Bona Retsang”. I have also played Tshepang on season 1 of “Ingozi”. These roles challenged me as a new actor,” she told IOL.

She’s quite the social media maven, always sharing her priceless moments across all platforms. However, according to the grapevine, she’s been making some serious bank through endorsement deals, all thanks to her massive social media following.
