‘They are scapegoating her’: Human rights activist Ntsiki Mazwai says she is standing strong in Kelly Khumalo’s corner.

Ntsiki Mazwai has come to the defense of musician Kelly Khumalo following the latest Senzo Meyiwa trial bombshell. The South African poet and human rights activist believes that those actually involved in the murder of the football player are using the songstress as a “scapegoat”.

NTSIKI DEFENDS KELLY KHUMALO AFTER LATEST SENZO MEYIWA TRIAL BOMBSHELL

Ever since the Senzo Meyiwa trial began, Kelly Khumalo – who shares a child with the slain footballer – has been on the top of trends lists.

She is once again trending after the North Gauteng High Court heard on Wednesday, 24 January, that the singer is implicated as the person who ordered the hit on her boyfriend Senzo Meyiwa’s murder.

Since the news dropped, calls have grown louder for the musician to be arrested as Senzo Meyiwa’s fans call on justice.

Ntsiki Mazwai — known for her controversial opinions — has made it clear that she stands in Kelly’s corner.

Responding to a question about what she thinks about the latest development in the case, Ntsiki revealed that she believes that Kelly is being used as a scapegoat.

“Yes…I think they are scapegoating her,” she wrote after she was asked whether or not she is still a Kelly supporter.

Many in the comment section shared their thoughts on the case which has been dragging on for years now.

“The forced these suspects to implicate Kelly so they can’t just conclude this case but I also think she is not doing herself any favors but not telling the truth as to what really happened in that house.,” one person said while another wrote:

“One thing she can do for us is to go to court, and give testimony. She must just testify once an for all”

“But why would she be in contact with low life thugs? There were calls between her and them.” a third added.
