Former Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane signed for a new club in Saudi Arabia, and they welcomed him as leader of the South.

Abha football club welcomed its South African coach, Pitso Mosimane, describing him as a leader of the south and sharing on their X (Twitter) on 26 January. Abha left their fans happy, welcoming Pitso.

Pitso Mosimane had been among the best coaches in Africa since his days at Mamelodi Sundowns.

After showing his class in Africa, he went to Asia and has been offering his class. When he moved on from Al Wahda, many fans wanted him back to South Africa. Many rumours linked him with Kaizer Chiefs, but the deal never seemed close.

Indeed, Pitso is one of the most decorated African coaches and has won almost everything within the continent at the club level. He won the CAF Champions League at Mamelodi Sundowns and Al Ahly before moving to Al-Ahli Jeddah.

In summary, Pitso had been winning trophies for all the clubs he coached since his days at SuperSport United. With such a massive career, nobody can deny the name that Pitsi is being given at his new club.
