A former Imbewu actor, Raphael Griffiths, known as Zithulele Bhengu, finally addressed the rumors in a comment following those rumors that started circulating on social media regarding the two gifted actors being related. The actor wrote:

Linda was born in Bonela, Durban, in 1996, yet he has not publicly given anything about his birthdate, family, or childhood. As of 2023, he is 27 years old.
Linda has been at a crossroads in pursuing her passion for acting and being a chef. He perfected his cooking dexterities at the Durban University of Technology. He also worked as a chef at the Hilton Hotel in Sandton for a stint. In 2020, he moved back home to open his food truck business called The Humble Café.
