‘RHOD’ star Nonku accuses her ex-boyfriend Ndlazi of harassment.
The drama between #RHODurban cast member Nonku Williams and her ex-fiance, Dumisani Ndlazi, continues to intensify.
Real Housewives of Durban (RHOD) star Nonku Williams claims that her ex-partner Dumisani Ndlazi (also known as Rough Diamond or RD) is harassing her and her family.
Zimoja reports that the businesswoman made the allegations in a counter claim after Ndlazi’s lawyers demanded that she apologises to him or face legal for accusing him of scamming her.
LETTER FROM NONKU’S LAWYERS ACUSSING DUMISANI NDLAZI OF HARASSMENT
The letter, dated 19 February, reads: “In the circumstances, we are instructed to demand that your client provide us with a written undertaking that he will desist from harassing our client, either by contacting her family or business associates. Should your client not provide us with the required undertaking, we are instructed to institute the necessary legal proceeding to interdict your client from doing so. It goes without saying that should our client be obliged to act as such, that we are to seek punitive order costs against your client.”
In the letter, Nonku – through her lawyers – said she will not addressed the theft allegations.
“On the contrary, we reserve the right to reply more fully thereto at the appropriate time and in the appropriate forum should the need arise. Our client vehemently denies any of the allegations of wrongdoing as suggested in your letter under reply.”
THE R300 000 THEFT CLAIMS
During the second episode of the fourth season of RHOD, Nonku accused Ndlazi of steal material from her company worth R300 000.
“He actually ended up stealing, by the way,” Nonku told her sister on the show.
“That man scammed me!” Nonku continued. “He stole material from the site worth R300 000.”
She further alleged that she was under a spell during their relationship.
“I really believe that the person did something to me. The way everything happened… he’s not my type. And I did find muthi in one of his bags.
NDLAZI DEFENDS HIMSELF
Defending himself, Ndlazi questioned why his ex has not opened a case against him.
“Why is she not taking me to court or opening a criminal case if I stole from her,” he asked.
The Richards Bay-born entrepreneur alleged that he found Nonku drowning in debt when they started dating. Ndlazi claimed that he was the one who’d pay Nonku’s workers because she didn’t have the finances to do so.
“I had to pay the workers from my own pocket when I first met her. She did not have money. I am challenging her to release any form of proof that says I stole money from her.”
