However, the reality star who was part of the star-studded cast of the Real Housewives of Johannesburg franchise for two seasons has it that reality TV is not good for her mental health.

She undoubtedly joins a host of stars who ditched reality TV in the eleventh hour despite their big wins on small screens. In 2021, Ayanda Ncwane dumped Real Housewives of Durban despite being one of the fans’ favourites.
Against her exit, reports had it that she left the show because it allegedly belittled her late husband, Sfiso Ncwane and his legacy. However, against the reports, the reality TV star made it known that she left the show for personal growth.
She also revealed that the show reduced her to a housewife while taking a toll on her brand and business empire.
According to ZiMoja, Brinnette Seopela seemingly accused reality TV of being toxic. Despite keeping her private life under wraps, reality TV has often made it an open book. Her failed marriage was once televised on TV, and it’s something she does not regret but won’t let happen again.
She said about bringing cameras into her private space, “It is something that she will never do again.” She explained, “I learnt the hard way. TV is toxic, and unfortunately, I am old for that.”
Brinnette Seopela also dived into her love life, often thrusting her into top trends. The reality TV star, who lost her fiancé late last year, also confirmed that she is engaged to someone from a royal family in the West.
However, Brinnette Seopela didn’t disclose the name of her new partner. The star made it known that she won’t be rushing anything. However, she revealed that she wants to enjoy her relationship before walking down the aisle.
