S’dumo Mtshali Marks 15 Years in the Industry, Reflects on His Journey
S’dumo Mtshali Celebrates 15 Years In the Industry and Takes Us Back to Where It All Started. The impact that he has had in the industry, feels like he has been around for a lifetime. In actual fact, S’dumo Mtshali has been an actor for 15 amazing years, nailing every role he gets.

The multi-award winning actor, pursued acting at Durban University of Technology before entering the first season of Class Act in 2010. He went on to win the talents show, and was the absorbed in the industry.
In October 2010, he had his first leading role in the SABC1 drama series Intersexions. He also bagged a role in Rhythm City. S’dumo went on to star as Kuti Daniels in the SABC1 Tempy Pushas, a drama series in the glamorous fashion world juxtaposed with the vibrant township culture of South Africa. In 2012, he played the role of Spikiri in the feature film, Inside Story. 2013-2014 had S’dumo in a starring role as Sibusiso “S’bu” Ndlovu, in the Mzansi Magic telenovela isiBaya.
It continued to rain roles for S’dumo. He starred in the movie Back Of the Moon which was his first leading role in a movie. Another movie where he played lead is Avenged. His other shows include iNumber Number, Saints and Sinners and most recently, My Brother’s Keeper.
To mark his milestone, S’dumo shared how his journey began, from auditioning for Class Act, to winning.
“Today marks 15 years… I’m so grateful. Thank you God.
Lord, thank You for all the hope I can have in You. You are my helper and You are the One Who intercedes on my behalf. I therefore have nothing to fear and there is no condemnation, because my life is in You. In Jesus Christ name, Amen,” he said in gratitude.
