Actor Austin Mothapo, who’s famously known for playing Noah Matloga in ‘Skeem Saam’ has returned to the small screen.

Talented actor Austin Mothapo, who played troubled teenager, Noah Matloga in Skeem Saam has landed a role on My Brother’s Keeper.

AUSTIN MOTHAPO: NEW ROLE

Mzansi Magic has confirmed that the Skeem Saam star, Austin Mothapo has debuted on popular telenovela, My Brother’s Keeper.

Mzansi Watch reports that Mothapo portrays the role of Koketso’s former partner and the father of her child, Kgoshi.

The actor’s character is meant to disrupt Sbu and Koketso’s relationship dynamics in the Mzansi Magic telenovela.

HIS ROLE IN ‘SKEEM SAAM’

The fan-favourite actor, Austin Mothapo hasn’t appeared in Skeem Saam since 2021 when his character was sentenced to prison.

In the storyline, Noah was sentenced to prison for ten years for starting a fire at Lehasa’s factory that ended Mrs Shivambu’s life.

His troubled character was also charged for the attempted murder of his uncle, Thabo Maputla (previously played by Cornet Mamabolo).

Mothapo’s character was also punished for all the petty crimes he committed when he was a teenager.

His mother was played by actress and radio personality, Pebetsi Matlaila, who played the role of Mokgadi.
