Skeem Saam Thabiso Molokomme educational qualifications

Thabiso Molokomme, better known as Paxton on Skeem Saam, is one of Mzansi’s superstars with amazing minds.

Molokomme is just 21 years old, but he is already building a name for himself in the acting world.

He once stated that he hails from a well-educated family and that his family would not have permitted him to work in the entertainment sector if he did not have any qualifications.

“Education has given me intellectual confidence and opened doors of inspiration. It enables me to use my voice to empower and inspire so many people, both young and old, in our county.”


Molokomme graduated with a diploma in operations management from the University of Johannesburg, and he secured 20 distinctions in the programme.

“Exciting is an understatement. I worked long mornings, days and nights to achieve it and I’m so extremely proud of myself. This shows that having big goals, praying and working hard can get you anywhere. I do plan on studying further but I won’t be enrolled for traditional modes of education.”

Thabiso is a television personality and actor known as a presenter on the SABC1 youth show YoTV. He plays Paxton Kgomo on the SABC1 soap opera drama, Skeem Saam.

Molokomme joined Skeem Saam in 2022 as a troublesome Grade 8 student at Turfloop High School. The character is the son of Mr Kgomo, who works at Turfloop Hospital and is a no-nonsense-taking man.

The young actor has accounts across several social media platforms and takes pride in showcasing his achievements, lifestyle, and work. He is on LinkedIn and Instagram.

Thabiso Molokomme has only made a few appearances in several television productions, yet he is securing the bag. He earns a salary from being a presenter on YoTV and an actor on Skeem Saam.

According to Buzz South Africa, he is worth around $100 000 as of 2023.
