‘Smoke and Mirrors’: Inside Virginia, Mpendulo, Sakhile’s Affair
In March, spoilers revealed that Caesar’s estranged wife, Virginia, slept with Mpendulo after having an affair with Sakhile. Their relationship began as a retaliation after Caesar initiated divorce proceedings. The affair commenced on Friday, 22nd March, following Caesar’s filing for divorce on Wednesday, 6th March.
Despite Mpendulo’s initial horror at sleeping with Virginia, he found himself drawn back to her, leading to further encounters, as revealed in the Monday, 25th March teaser. Although Mpendulo attempted to break things off with Virginia, they ultimately resumed their affair, shocking the community, especially considering Virginia’s prior involvement with Mpendulo’s father and Thandiswa’s son.
Recently, there have been speculations about the real-life relationship between actors Mpendulo and Virginia. These rumors gained traction when the two were spotted shopping for clothes together at the Mall of Afria.
However, upon closer inspection, it becomes evident that their relationship is strictly professional, aligned with their on-screen personas. Despite the chemistry they exhibit on the show, it seems their connection remains confined to their roles as co-stars.
