‘The end is near’: Zandie finally confesses implicating Kelly Khumalo as the one who ordered the k!IIing of Senzo Meyiwa.

Zandie Khumalo, sister of the renowned singer Kelly Khumalo, has once again stood in solidarity with her sibling amidst the ongoing Senzo Meyiwa murder trial, a case that has gripped the nation’s attention.

The latest development in the trial came when Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng ruled that the confessions of the first two accused, Muzi Sibiya and Bongani Ntanzi, were admissible in court. This ruling, handed down during a trial-within-a-trial at the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria, deemed the confessions to have been given voluntarily and without coercion.
The confessions of Sibiya and Ntanzi, which have been deemed admissible, implicate Kelly Khumalo as the alleged mastermind behind the murder of Senzo Meyiwa.

According to Ntanzi’s purported confession, read aloud in court by Lieutenant Colonel Solomon Raphadu, Khumalo orchestrated the hit on Meyiwa, the Bafana Bafana and Orlando Pirates goalkeeper, who tragically lost his life at Khumalo’s family home in Vosloorus, Gauteng, on October 26, 2014.

Ntanzi, in his statement, claimed that he received a call in mid-October 2014 from Maphisa, who informed him of an urgent job. Allegedly, Khumalo was the one who initiated the plan and would make payment for the job.

The detailed account provided by Ntanzi suggests that he, along with other individuals, proceeded to the Khumalo household where the fatal incident took place. Ntanzi recounted a struggle between Meyiwa and one of the assailants, ultimately resulting in Meyiwa’s tragic demise.

After the incident, Ntanzi claimed to have received a sum of money as compensation for his involvement in the crime.

In response to these developments, Zandie Khumalo took to Instagram to express her support for her sister, invoking a message of faith and perseverance. She alluded to the proverbial idea that while lies may spread swiftly, the truth eventually emerges and prevails.

Zandie’s message encapsulates the family’s stance amidst the intense scrutiny surrounding Kelly Khumalo’s involvement in the trial. As the proceedings continue, the Khumalo family remains steadfast, placing their trust in the unfolding of truth and justice.
