Uzalo: Hleziphi and Njeza back together

The characters of Hleziphi and Njeza, played by Uzalo actors Sibongiseni Shezi and Nkanyiso Makhanya, will reunite in March. The two will rekindle their love and get back together.

TVSA March teasers confirm that the former love birds, Njeza and Hleziphi will rekindle their relationship.The teasers reveal that the pair will get back together on Tuesday, 19 March after Sibonelo’s death.

“Njeza and Hleziphi are back together,” according to the teasers.

Since being involved with Kwanda, Nonka’s ex-boyfriend, in 2023, Hleziphi has not been in a romantic relationship.

Since Njeza and Hleziphi dated once before calling it quits in an earlier episode, this will be their second romance.

The Uzalo March teasers also confirm that Sibonelo’s (Wiseman Mncube) parents, Nkunzi (Msiza Masoja) and Gabisile (Baby Cele), will mourn his passing.

Monday 4 March: “Nkunzi leans into culture to help him come to terms with the loss of his son. Gabisile feels isolated in her time of grief.”

Wednesday 6 March: “Nkunzi struggles to deal with Sibonelo’s passing.”
