Amidst the outpouring of tributes for Mpho Sebeng following his passing, he is fondly remembered as a remarkable talent who wholeheartedly devoted himself to his craft. Mpho tragically lost their life in a car accident on Sunday.
During his recent interview with TshisaLIVE, the Safta-nominated actor took a trip down memory lane, sharing insights from his impressive two-decade-long career in the entertainment industry.
Mpho proudly declared that he consistently ensured his performance surpassed his previous show.
“Respect for the craft, that’s one of the biggest things I’ve made note of. It’s important to respect the craft. In respecting it, that means I need to learn. So every year I try to do something that would help my acting capabilities, so I learn an accent or a skill, such as advanced driving,” he said
“I try every year to respect the craft. I invest in myself, my body and my mental health by going to therapy because I feel it’s important. I’ve learnt your body is a tool, your voice is a tool, so by investing in these aspects you are giving back to the craft and making sure you can sustain it and become consistent.” he said.
Mpho has certainly made a name for himself in the entertainment industry, captivating viewers with his talent across various shows like Shiz Niz, Ring of Lies, Savage Beauty, and Collision. His performances have left audiences in awe.
