In the midst of a wave of bogus celebrity death rumours, Leon Schuster has taken the opportunity to clarify his current state of health, following an unfortunate incident where he became the target of a death hoax.
The beloved comedian and filmmaker recently shared with TshisaLIVE that he has bravely faced two back surgeries and is preparing for additional surgery to address some troublesome areas that require repair.
Amidst a wave of supportive messages from his fans, there are those who have chosen to stir up rumours of his demise.Leon couldn’t resist the opportunity to set the record straight on his Facebook timeline.
“I hear I’m dead again. What crazy head posts stuff like this? I will kick him there where he will never be able to have children again. It’s not nice when your people call you and say ‘I’m so happy to hear your voice. ‘I’m a Cheetah, a cat, and this is the sixth time this has happened. Luckily a cat has nine lives, so at least I have three left!” he wrote.

Leon shared a hilarious video with his fellow actor and good friend Alfred Ntombela, playfully responding to the rumours.“I’m sick and tired of hearing over social media saying we are dead. I will let our fans know. Please tell your friends or whoever is next to you we are not dead,” he said.
