WATCH: MacG slams ‘trolls’ for dragging his wife
‘Podcast and Chill’s’ MacG, who is famous for dragging stars – especially female stars – has blasted people for attacking his wife Naledi.
MacG — real name MacGuyver Mukhwevo — is one of the biggest podcasters in the country. Last year, his podcast, Podcast and Chill, reached one million subscribers and raked in hundreds of thousands of views daily. While many love his content — he has a knack for upsetting listeners with some of the things he has to say — especially about women in the entertainment industry.
Some have resorted to trolling his wife Naledi and he is unhappy about it. In a recent episode, he calls them out while adding how she should be left out of it.
MACG RUFFLES FEATHERS WITH HARSH COMMENTS ABOUT SA STARS
Over the last few years, the popular local podcast, Podcast and Chill, has grown into one of the biggest podcasts in South Africa.
We’ve seen an array of celebs, politicians, and even sex workers on the show, and it has made for top-tier entertainment.
While MacG seems to have the magic recipe for successful entertainment, he doesn’t always get it right.
In the past, he has been slammed as misogynistic and sexist several times.
Despite this, he continues to share his often critical thoughts on female stars. Last month, he sunk his teeth into influencers Mihlali Ndamase, Cyan Boujee who he says look old.
He also dragged Uncle Waffles who he says is a “fraud” and a “scammer”.
SA HITS BACK… AT HIS WIFE
His harsh comments on these stars left people in the comments section fuming. Many of them dragged his wife into the mix.
“His wife ain’t nowhere near Mihlali that’s why he’s hating,” one X user said.
It would appear that he has gotten wind of everything people are saying about his wife and addressed it in a recent episode of his show:
