A US psychic believes she has spoken with the spirit of missing Saldanha Bay girl Joslin Smith. And this time around, she claims the little girl’s voice can be heard too…
Kandis Starr – who has taken a particular interest in the South African case – has been sharing information about what she believes has happened to the six-year-old and whom she claims is responsible for it.
According to the spiritual reader, she is keen to help law enforcement in finding missing children.
CLOUD OF SUSPICION OVER MISSING GIRL’S PARENTS
The psychic has previously shared her belief that Joslin Smith’s mother, Kelly, and stepfather, Jacquin Appollis, are allegedly involved in the child’s disappearance.
On Monday, 19 February, Joslin – who was under the care of Appollis – went missing from her Diazville home in Saldanha Bay.
According to Patriotic Alliance leader Gayton McKenzie, Kelly and Jacquin have confessed to using the drug Tik (crystal meth) on the day Joslin went missing. He also shared his suspicion that they may still be using the drug.
McKenzie added that there were “conflicting versions” between the couple of what happened in the hours before and after Joslin’s disappearance.
He’s also called on the couple to take a drug test and redo a polygraph test.
PSYCHIC SPEAKS TO JOSLIN SMITH?
In her second reading with a spirit box, Kandis Starr connected with her “spirit guides” and who she believes is Joslin Smith.
During the reading, the spiritual reader asked her guides for more information about Joslin’s disappearance last week.
Several voices can be heard saying:
“She was in the house.”
“Her spirit is here”
“The man was home.”
“Break her arm.”
“Suffocate”
When Kandis questions her “spirit guides” on where Joslin is located, the voices respond:

“He just moved her.”
A child-like voice can also be heard during the reading – a spirit Kandis believes possibly belongs to Joslin Smith.

During the reading, Kandis Starr named dropped Patriotic Alliance leader Gayton McKenzie, who has actively led a search party for Joslin Smith in Saldanha Bay.
“God’s got ‘em,” a voice responded to the mention of the politician’s name.
