Afro-pop sensation Kelly Khumalo is making headlines after accused 1 Muzi Sibiya, and 2 Bongani Ntanzi named her as the person who hired them to kill the former Orlando Pirates and Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa.
Senzo Meyiwa was shot dead in Vosloorus, Gauteng, in the company of her then-girlfriend Kelly Khumalo and friends in 2014.

Earlier this week, lead investigator Brigadier Bongani Gininda revealed that Kelly Khumalo allegedly ordered and paid a hitman to kill Senzo Meyiwa.
Evidence under oath reveals that the murder of Senzo Meyiwa was allegedly a hit, not a robbery gone wrong.
The new confessions have since thrust Kelly Khumalo into the top trends as a person of interest. However, against the trends, several old videos of Kelly Khumalo have been resurfacing on social media.
KELLY KHUMALO’S SONG ASINE’S MEANING REVEALED
A clip of Kelly Khumalo revealing the meaning of her 2014 song ‘Asine’ has been trending. In 2014, Kelly Khumalo performed the song on Robert Marawa’s TNL show.

The show was also Senzo Meyiwa’s last sports interview. The Venda-written song Asine translates as –’It’s not me’. Explaining to Marawa the meaning of the song, she said, “It’s a song about a woman who is accused of killing her husband, so during the court case, she kept saying it’s not me, it’s not me.”
Senzo reportedly introduced Kelly Khumalo to the stage before she performed at the interview. Many were more than shocked by the song’s meaning and what transpired that very same year.
