Tito Mboweni has done it again after preparing another disastrous dish. But stranger than the meal – a boiled chicken – is the fact that the former Minister of Finance devoured the whole thing!

Tito infamously added a large quantity of onions and garlic, which he stuffed into the chicken.

Referring to the unidentified woman mentioned by President Cyril Ramaphosa during his State of The Nation address, Tito tweeted: “Tintswalo says that too is how you prepare chicken, stay tuned.”

Hours later, Tito shared a look at the progress: a chicken boiled with minimal seasoning.

He tweeted: “It actually ended well. Yee of little faith!”

Needless to say, many were unimpressed.

@LeoCharles20326: “Minister, are you really eating this food that you are cooking? If so, why are you still alive ?”

@Leigh2DD: “Dinner on life support….urgh.”

@Tsuki_Rametse: “Ended well? Are you OK? Or did you cook wearing your sunglasses?”

FOLLOWERS SPOT STRANGE OBJECT

Seemingly responding to his critics, Tito Mboweni then shared a pic of him polishing off the entire chicken.

“Digging in, not bad at all!” he tweeted.

He added : “It was  good, home-cooked meal.”

In the comments section, tweeps spotted a strange item on Tito’s dining room table – what appeared to be a blunt.

“How long have you been getting stoned?” asked one tweep. Another added: “Makes sense now”.
