Program Details 

The SDP Sponsored Course is structured to align with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Participants will be registered as employees of the company and will be required to undertake specific work-based assignments. The program includes:

• Registration for the Grab-a-Job and Skill-Up (earn-while-you-learn) initiative
• Attendance at accredited courses at the SDP training academy to meet core and critical skills requirements

Requirements 

To be eligible for this sponsored course, applicants must:

• Be a South African citizen
• Have a Grade 11 or higher qualification
• Not be currently studying
• Be unemployed and interested in further education and training
