‘WHAT A DREAM’: MARISE POLLARD ON BECOMING A MOM AGAIN
Springboks fly-half Handre Pollard and his wife Marise welcomed their second child together earlier this month. The pair welcomed their first child, Hunter Andre Pollard in April 2024. Marise expressed that being a mom for the second time, with a toddler has been exhausting, but also beautiful.
“How is this my life? Feels like I’m dreaming. ☁️. The ‘newborn bubble’ this second time around feels more like a hurricane with a toddler in the mix. 😅. It’s messy, loud, exhausting… but also the most beautiful chaos I’ve ever known,” she wrote.
“Being a mom is wild, it really stretches you, humbles you, fills you up and empties you all at once.
Yet somehow, even on the hard days, your heart keeps growing. I look at these two and can’t believe I get to be theirs. What a dream. ❤️,” she wrote.
ONE WEEK SINCE WELCOMING THEIR BABY GIRL
This comes after Marise expressed how full her heart is a week after welcoming their baby girl, Isabella Tanya Pollard. Take a look…
“Hospital days, newborn haze & so much love. What a week it has been meeting another piece of our hearts 💕. Lief julle op x,” she wrote.
Just before Handre and Marise welcomed their baby girl, Eben and Anlia Etzebeth also welcomed their second baby. Faf de Klerk and his wife Mine are also expecting their second child later this year. All three Springboks welcomed their first child in 2024. Now, they’re becoming a family of four!
