Congratulations to House of Zwide actor Thato Dithebe for obtaining his engineering degree from Wits University.

The Wits alumnus actor Thato Dithebe, who plays Lebo in Champions and Neo in House of Zwide announced on social media that he will shortly receive his engineering degree from Wits and graduate from the university.

Dithebe shared a letter from the institution congratulating for completing his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Social media has been flooded with congratulatory messages after former YoTV presenter competed his degree from Wits University.

News of the actor’s degree comes after Sowetan reported this week that he’s joined Mzansi Magic’s telenovela, Champions.

His character, Lebogang is from Pretoria and a football player. The talented actor says his latest soccer player character wants nothing but to make it in life and become a star.

According to Sunday World, Thato Dithebe will appear in Champions with Kwenzo Ngcobo, Sello Maake KaNcube, Kgomotso Christopher, and Jo-Anne Reyneke.

Champions, according to executive producer Phathutshedzo Makwarela, “uniquely embodies the spirit of South Africa, aiming to inspire and excite our audience.”
