The arrival of their baby boy comes a few months after the couple announced they were expecting their second child in a playful and creative way back in April. In a fun video set in a car, Bontle and Priddy Ugly used car maintenance talk as a clever metaphor for pregnancy.
The video starts with Priddy Ugly in the driver’s seat while Bontle is outside the car, appearing to check under the bonnet. “Pull out the dipstick,” he tells her, sparking a hilarious back-and-forth filled with double meanings.
Bontle asks, “What’s a dipstick?” and Priddy Ugly answers with a grin, “It’s a stick that goes into a hole. It’s a long thick thing.” Bontle continues, “The red one?” and “Okay, what must I do with this dipstick?” He cheekily replies, “Just pull it out.”
Then comes the funny twist — their daughter, Afrika, appears and innocently asks, “Mom and daddy, what are you talking about?” With a smile, Bontle reveals her baby bump and says, “Uh, baby, we’re talking about pulling out.”
