Taking to Instagram, Enhle posted behind-the-scenes photos and reflected on what she called a deeply personal and spiritual test while portraying a character initiated into the “dark world.”

“My character was just dark yena nje, and I needed cleansing through prayer every time I got home to separate me and her,” she explained.

She noted that the emotional weight of the character often followed her home, prompting her to engage in nightly spiritual cleansing rituals.

A Heavily Charged Set

Recalling a particular day of filming, Enhle described an environment that felt almost too real.

“Red candles lit, sage burning… with every single take my spirit felt a heaviness. It just didn’t feel OK in the environment.”

She asked fellow cast members if they also felt uneasy, and they all agreed something about the set felt wrong.

Despite her discomfort, Enhle powered through the scene, relying heavily on prayer.

“I prayed so hard—at times even forgetting my lines,” she wrote.

“I felt carried, and the discomfort and fear just disappeared.”

She credited her faith and the presence of her guides and guardian angels for helping her through the moment.

“God was present to guard my spirit in a big way—all to keep you entertained,” she said.
