• Age: 18–45 years
• Education: Grade 12 or ABET equivalent (minimum)
• Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen

Responsibilities

• Manage and train a team of butchery staff
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management and ordering
• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
• Monitor sales and profits, identifying opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the owner and other managers to achieve business objectives

 Requirements

• Experience: Proven management experience, preferably in a retail or food-related environment
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
