A 27-year-old woman has been arrested after she allegedly set her ex-boyfriend’s house on fire around 5AM on 25 July 2025. The reason? He refused to open the door when she came knocking.

According to reports, the man was asleep when the woman arrived uninvited and began banging on his door. When he didn’t respond, she broke the windows and allegedly set the place ablaze. 😱🔥

By the time neighbors and police arrived, it was already too late. The entire house — along with everything inside — was completely destroyed. The damage is estimated at over R520,000. 😭

The man managed to escape with his life, but he is now homeless and heartbroken. 💔
