Clement’s big break came in 2011 when he responded to a Facebook notification for auditions for a new SABC1 soap opera: Skeem Saam. He traveled from Limpopo to audition, and fortunately, he landed the role of Zamokuhle “Kwaito” Seakamela, a character that would become synonymous with his name.

Over the past decade, viewers have watched Kwaito evolve from a high school student to a university graduate, navigating the complexities of finding his biological father, surviving crime, and eventually becoming a confident married man.
